First, I'd like to thank you for your great level of support with all of my issues thus far. Unfortunately, I've encountered something that I've been unable to solve, even after viewing all of the articles and postings. I was able to access some pretty detailed instructions on photo naming, format, etc. in the guides; but, even after following and experimenting with different files sizes, aspect ratios, naming conventions, pixel limitations, and the like, I have been unable to add photos #3 and #4 to my wine listings. Just to clarify, those photos are categorized as the following in Amazon: "Front_Label" and "Back_Label."
This is a bit frustrating because Amazon continues to recommend that I add 4 photos to my listings, but I am only able to add 2 photos. I understand that there are all kinds of limitations that the algorithm might place on the photos that I upload, and I understand the need for those. However, I have noticed that other sellers have all kinds of different things included in these photos, even sellers that are not A+ registered. Even when I include photos of the actual "Front_Label" and "Back_Label" of my products, these photos are all rejected immediately. Here is the error message that I receive, immediately after clicking "Submit":
"An error occurred when we tried to process your request. We apologize for the inconvience.
Rest assured that we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please try again at a later time.2024-10-08T23:46:58.045Z 11T5YWFPY3QH5ZHPV4F4
-The attributes are invalid."
Again, I have done my utmost to follow all of the protocols that have been provided in the guides, though I totally recognize that I may be missing something, and I am looking forward to any advice that can be provided. I would be glad to provide citations for every document that I've made use of from the guides, if that is needed.

I appreciate that you did your research before making this post. The issue which you are facing seems to be a technical issue, but have you tried to contact Seller Support about this matter?
