Despite repeated attempts to reach Amazon Seller Support, I have not received any response or notification regarding this issue. As a result, the deactivation of this account has also led to the closure of my Japan seller account, which is linked to the North American account.

As a result, all my funds and inventory remain locked in Amazon, causing serious financial difficulties and operational disruptions. My store in Japan was particularly successful and was a significant source of income, providing reliable and honest service to customers. I am facing a challenge since last two weeks as I have been trying to remove the irrelevant addresses from my seller account. I go to my buyer account where it shows only one address whereas under charge method it is showing 5 different addresses. I have tried removing or adding a new card as well but these addresses still exist on my account.

I have been talking to account health non-professional specialists as well also I opened multiple cases to get the solution of this issue but all in vain so far. Nobody is trained enough to assist in this matter. these addresses are appearing on Japan and European marketplace only.
