History:
"I had this problem on Amazon Japan a month ago. My account was blocked because of an inactive ASIN, which raised concerns about authenticity. A New Era cap with a Disney license.
Now all 16 global marketplaces have been blocked because this can't be resolved in Japan. I've tried this 10 times now.
They want an invoice that's no older than 365 days. The problem: This item was last purchased 5 years ago. I've also included a current invoice from the same supplier to show that the supplier relationship is still active and that no address information has changed. The supplier's address and contact details are also included.
I also have information from my inventory management system, which also shows that the item was last booked 5 years ago and has only been sold since then.
In addition, there's a daily letter from the manufacturer stating that we are an authorized retailer with permission to sell on Amazon.
The worst part is that The item has been out of stock for half a year and isn't coming in anymore. It would have been okay to just block Japan for that long, but now I'm not earning anything on Amazon, and Amazon is freezing my €20,000 balance.
When asked what else you want, the answer is always the same:
"We requested information from you to clarify the problems with your account. However, you didn't provide it, or didn't provide it sufficiently. For data protection reasons, we generally do not disclose information about our investigation procedures."
