Compliance issues have been submitted for a long time without review, what else can we do?

I submitted the compliance requirements on July 11, 2024 and have been under review for over three months now. All necessary documents have been submitted. I have contacted the seller support team multiple times and also contacted the performance team multiple times to urge, and their responses have been basically consistent, asking me to continue waiting. It's a bit like a robot reply, I even feel like Amazon hasn't reviewed our products. The last response I received from Amazon was still a rejection, stating: 'There are no active offers for the listing.' However, this is contradictory as I need to restore the page because the product is no longer on sale. So I contacted the Amazon performance team by phone, and they replied that the product may have been out of stock during the previous review. Amazon thought we didn't plan to make this product in the future, and now we need to resubmit the materials for appeal. I have resubmitted. But so far, no response has been received. case ID:15998348371。 We have the relevant materials and should be able to continue selling, but due to Amazon's lack of review, my product has been unable to sell normally for a long time, and 33 inventory items have been removed by Amazon, causing losses. To avoid further losses, please help us restore the product page as soon as possible,thank you!

Following up on this thread, I see that you are contacting because ASIN is not showing active on the platform. Can you please confirm if you are still experiencing the issue? I reviewed your case ending 8371 is related to ASIN ending YHBV, and currently the product is showing active on US platform.
