読み取り専用I submitted the compliance requirements of two of my products on December 3, 2024 and have been under review for almost one month now. Certificates and pictures of my products have been submitted. I have contacted the seller support team many times and also contacted the performance team multiple times to urge, and their responses have been basically the same, asking me to continue waiting. It's a bit like a robot reply, I even feel like Amazon hasn't reviewed our products. The last response I received from Amazon about both the products was that it is no more than 15 working days, but what I received after 15 working days was to ask me to wait. case ID: 16767498411, 16944264841. Due to Amazon's lack of review, my product has been unable to sell normally for a long time. Our products cost a lot, and to avoid further losses, please review our products as soon as possible, much appreciated!

I have investigated and found internal tickets for both of these ASIN's and Cases.
For Case ID 16767498411 - The internal ticket was opened 11 days ago and is still under review
For Case ID 16944264841 - The internal ticket was opened 3 days ago and is still under review
I did add myself on these tickets and will be notified with status updates. To avoid setting false expectations, I do not have a specific time-frame for resolution as this is being reviewed by a specialized team.
