I am reaching out to kindly request your assistance in reviewing and removing an incorrect review that has been posted under our product listing.
Arguments for Removal:
Incorrect Product Association:
1. The review states that the customer purchased the product six months ago. However, our product was officially launched on January 22, 2025, making it impossible for them to have owned it for that long.
The Customer Did Not Purchase Our Product:
1.The reviewer is requesting a replacement or warranty coverage from Amazon for a product they did not buy from us.
2. Upon further investigation, we found that the same customer left an identical review on another product, where their purchase was verified, while on our listing, it is not a verified purchase.
We have already reported this issue through Seller Support and manually flagged the review, but it remains visible on our listing.
I understand that my product shares the same color as the one the customer purchased, and it seems that while attempting to leave a review for that product, they mistakenly commented on mine instead. For this reason, I kindly request the removal of this review.
