Dear Amazon Team,
I am writing to request support with the reactivation of my Amazon Japan store. Despite submitting accurate and valid documents, my previous submissions have been repeatedly declined. My business model is based on dropshipping, and I want to confirm that all my processes fully align with Amazon’s dropshipping policies.
For each sale, I source products directly from Amazon US. The items are then shipped to an intermediary warehouse in the United States, where they are inspected, packaged, and labeled specifically for the Japanese market. Once prepared, they are sent to Japan via the global courier and are subsequently delivered by regional couriers within Japan. This process ensures that my products comply with Amazon standards and reach customers in Japan reliably and efficiently.
To verify compliance, I have provided the following documents:
1.)Turkey Driver’s License and Turkey Passport
2.)Business License as proof of business registration
3.)Proof of Address with Utility Bill
4.)Proof of Address with Government Document
5.)Bank Account Statement
6.)Credit Card Statement
7.)My intermediary warehouse agreement, confirming product preparation handling.
8.)Invoices from Amazon US, demonstrating product authenticity.
Despite providing these, I received a notification stating, “We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time.”
I am committed to adhering to Amazon’s Selling Policies and the Seller Code of Conduct, ensuring that my operations remain ethical and fully compliant with Amazon’s standards. I kindly request your assistance in reviewing my case and reactivating my store. If any further information or additional documentation is required, please inform me, and I will promptly provide it.
Could you please clarify what additional documents might be necessary? Unfortunately, I am unable to communicate directly in Japanese, and I am not fluent in English, so any guidance would be highly appreciated.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
